The Industrial Ontologies Foundry (IOF) is an initiative to create a suite of ontologies to support digital manufacturing.
Three prominent members of the IOF community will be visiting UB for a working meeting on March 5. These are
Hyunmin Cheung (Autodesk) Martin Hardwick (STEP Tools / Rensellaer Polytechnic Institute) Dusan Sormaz (Ohio University)
During the afternoon we will organize a session designed to introduce UB faculty and students to the IOF and to the new ISO standard. We would appreciate your help with timing and advertising of this event -- and any other help you can provide, for example in suggesting persons who might want to become involved.
