To advance collaboration among UB institutions working on high-level challenges to the nation's information infrastructure, we are organizing a meeting and reception at the Westwood Country Club [corner of Sheridan and N. Forest]. This event will take place from 4 to 8pm on Monday October 8. It will consist of a series of short talks on current and planned research in areas such as defense, security and healthcare informatics, together with discussion sessions and a dinner buffet. Participation is free for those who register in advance.
