Security
No non-US citizens can participate in the conference, which should be made clear during the registration process. (There is a form that can be filled out for a non-US citizen to attend, but it is likely too late for it to be approved in time for the conference.)
Tech
Werner Ceusters and David Limbaugh will be presenting virtually. Ideally, the other talks will be streamed so that they (and other people who can’t come in person) can participate.
For security reasons, link to watch the conference should be only distributed to registered participants and/or should be password protected.
Room should have:
- Computer (brought by Ian)
- Projector
Double check:
- Internet connection (and using SAIC vs. Other Zoom/Teams)
- Adapters between computer and projector
Refreshments
SAIC Rosslyn had a policy against refreshments during COVID. Some reason to think this has been lifted.
If so, SAIC will cover refreshments.
