Ontology and Imaging Informatics

- Workshop: June 24-25, 2014
- Goals: The goal of this meeting is to identify ways to advance interoperability of biomedical imaging data across the CTSA Consortium and beyond. Examples of the types of subtopics to be addressed include:
- LIMS interoperability
- Standards for biomedical video data
- The Open Microscopy Environment (OME)
- The Radiology Gamuts Ontology
- The Ontology for Biomedical Investigations as a starting point for an ontology of image-related processes
