I also have a current National Multiple Sclerosis Society Pilot Project grant, from 6/1/13-5/31/14.  This supports work on MS-related extensions of ND and OBI to analyze patient records in the NYSMSC patient registry.  Mark Jensen is doing most of the ontology development.  Alan and Bianca are co-investigators.

Workshop: Ontology for Imaging Informatics (Buffalo, June 23-25, 2014)

I also have a current National Multiple Sclerosis Society Pilot Project grant, from 6/1/13-5/31/14. This supports work on MS-related extensions of ND and OBI to analyze patient records in the NYSMSC patient registry. Mark Jensen is doing most of the ontology development. Alan and Bianca are co-investigators.

I am (hopefully) submitting a proposal Jan 31 to the Progressive MS Alliance for support of MS ontology development for annotation of published clinical research in MS. Alan will be a Co-I, and the grant will support one post-doc for one year if funded.

elja about improving the evolutionary ontology and terminology authoring method and applying it to BFO.
